Terms and Conditions for wickedrobots.eu Online Store
General Provisions
1.1. The online store wickedrobots.eu, hereinafter referred to as the “Store,” is operated by Wicked Robots Ltd., with its registered office in Wola Zambrowska (18-300), ul. Spokojna 20, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000951557, NIP: 9592049825, REGON: 521125847, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller.”
1.2. These terms and conditions define the rules for making purchases and using the Store.
Order Placement
2.1. Orders for products available in the Store can be placed through the website wickedrobots.eu.
2.2. Placing an order is equivalent to accepting the conditions set out in the terms and conditions.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in the event of product unavailability or other significant reasons.
Payments
3.1. Products available in the Store can be paid for using various payment methods indicated on the Store’s website.
3.2. The price stated for the product is gross and includes VAT.
Delivery
4.1. Products purchased in the store are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during order placement. The standard delivery time is 7 days within the European Union and 14 days outside its territory.
4.2. Delivery costs are included when placing an order and depend on the selected delivery method and destination.
Returns and Complaints
5.1. The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable law. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, invoking the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, art. 27.
5.2. In the case of a complaint, the Buyer should report the problem within 14 days of discovering the product defect. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of complaint notification.
To file a complaint, please contact contact@wickedrobots.eu. In the complaint report, please provide your contact information, order number, a description of the product defect, and, if possible, attach photos illustrating the complaint.
All product returns and complaints will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
Personal Data Protection
6.1. Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, following the Store’s privacy policy.
6.2. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of their personal data.
Final Provisions
7.1. Any disputes arising from the sales agreement will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
7.2. The Store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, with the Buyer being informed through the Store’s website.
